Activities

The NSS unit of the institute actively engages students in a variety of community service projects, encouraging social responsibility, leadership, and holistic development. There are two types of activities carried out throughout the year, Regular Activities and NSS Special Camp. All NSS volunteers who have worked for the organisation for at least two years and completed 240 hours are eligible to receive a certificate from the university signed by the NSS Director and the Vice Chancellor of the University.

NSS volunteers are involved in activities such as:

  • Awareness Rallies

  • Plantation Drives

  • Street plays based on social issues.

  • Health check-up and blood donation camps

  • Road Safety and traffic Awareness

  • Legal literacy and Constitutional Values

  • Digital Literacy and Cyber safety and digital literacy

  • Mental Health and stress management Activities

  • Personality development workshops

  • Leadership and life skill training
